All prices are excluding VAT (net).
Bookings are available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
All prep work (setup/deliveries) as well as the breakdown must be completed within the booked rental time.
Bookings on Saturdays and Sundays are subject to a 20 % surcharge on the room rental rate.
Bookings before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM are subject to a 50 % surcharge on the room rental rate.
Max. 8 people; no external visitors/public foot traffic permitted. For events, groups larger than 8 people, or projects requiring public access, please request a custom quote via studio@visionary.berlin.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks at no extra charge.
